The Challenge
Imarc worked with RSA to develop the RSA Learning & Development Platform to aid its employees' professional growth. It lets them explore RSA career paths using an engaging subway map metaphor personalized to their job function and skill level, ultimately making custom recommendations for how to prepare for advancement. The platform integrates with RSA's business systems for authentication, course history, job listings, employee profiles, and even photos.
Imarc not only developed a highly interactive, engaging platform for RSA employees, but its seamless integration with our business systems enhances our internal efficiency.
