Wells Reserve

The Wells Reserve is a vast sanctuary of protected land located on the Southern Maine Seacoast. The Wells Reserve is a National Estuarine Research Reserve, working to research, educate, conserve and protect the natural ecosystem. Located on the Wells Reserve is Historic Laudholm Farm, the buildings provide historical education and exhibits, and house the staff of Wells Reserve and the Laudholm Trust. The Laudholm Trust is the non-profit organization that supports, and helps keeps these two precious national treasures accessible to the public.

The sister organizations engaged iMarc to plan and develop a new website to represent the overall Wells Reserve organization, including Laudholm Farm, Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve, and the Laudholm Trust.

Aside from its beauty, the new site lets Wells spend more time on its mission and less time on site maintenance. iMarc's SiteManager CMS enables any staff member to update the events calendar, write a blog, add a photo gallery, edit staff biographies, and manage Wells Reserve project pages — with simple, easy-to-use web forms.
