North Shore Association of REALTORS

The North Shore Association of REALTORS® (NSAR) is a source of advocacy, education, and support for realtors. The member organization serves the real estate industry in the North Shore of Massachusetts.

Branding

Starting with an exploration process, iMarc worked with stakeholders within NSAR to define the brand. This process included defining touchstones — words that embody the organization — as well as brand position statement and a new tagline.

The end result our rebranding process included a new logo, color palette, letterhead, business cards, and a complete style guide.

Website

Shortly after launching NSAR's new identity, iMarc began work on building their new website. The website had to serve members of the organization as well as the general public.

NSAR members can log in to the member portal, manage their account info, register for events, and view member-only news.

The public can use the site to Find A REALTOR and stay up to date on the local real estate market.

Awards

The NSAR website received a 2009 Silver W3 Award for Real Estate. It was also a finalist in the prestigious 2009 MITX Interactive Awards.
