Custom Away Messages are Overrated

I'm not here right now, and I'm too lazy to alert you where I am.I don't know if this is a trend or a weird coincidence, but everyone on my buddy list that was away a couple minutes ago was using the standard message that comes with their IM client. What happened to random quotes, clever sayings or even some custom form of "I'm away?"

Those were the days.

"Noodle Bonanza"
"Food Town"
"Meeting"
"Saving World, BBIAF"

and others.
