iMarc project with Hawaii Society of CPAs

Newburyport, Massachusetts - iMarc, a web development and Internet strategy company, today announced a new project with The Hawaii Society of CPAs (HSCPA) to build an on-line association resource for its members and the people of Hawaii.
"iMarc has shown great skill in understanding our needs, working with our staff, and building our web site," says Kathy Castillo, Executive Director of the HSCPA. "iMarc has been a great partner in helping us use technology to better serve our members."
Ms. Castillo adds: "We love the ability to make so many changes to the site ourselves. iMarc's content manager has made it easier for us to administer our site and the services we provide to our membership, so we can deliver more with less cost."
The new site was designed with multiple audiences in mind. HSCPA members, member prospects, and tax payers alike can find important information about events and new legislation that impact the world of accounting. iMarc worked with HSCPA's existing designer to preserve the look and feel that HSCPA was comfortable with, saving time and money in the process. Additional features include:
· Continuing education (CPE) tracker for members
· Event manager with on-line registration and secure payments
· E-Newsletter publishing service, with dynamic group/committee management
· Find-a-CPA referral system with comprehensive CPA search tool
· Career center with job bank and dynamic management module
· Dynamic news content manager
The Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants (HSCPA) was first incorporated on October 20, 1932. Today, the HSCPA has over 1,475 diverse members in public practice, business and industry, government and education.
