Gunslinging Rockstar Ninjas

Looking for a job? We typically hire designers and programmers. Other way cooler companies hire rockstars, ninjas and gunslingers.

Seriously, why? If you're in the job market, is it really more attractive to apply for a Front End Guru position?

Dear #2427, what is CCSS?

Funny story. At my Denver Employment Location I was a Web Scientist, then a Senior Web Scientist.

Currently, Padawan Coldfusion Jedi. But I'm ready for my Trials Master Yoda.

iMarc did a great job on PermissionTV.com's website, but I'm still hoping to develop a relationship with the fabled "sh*t-hot developers that will code my amazing web 2.0 application for free."

Let me know

Has everyone forgotten that you can't see ninjas and you certainly would never know their identities. That is a pain in the arse for the payroll department. Also, those smoke bombs that they throw to disappear would definitely set off the fire alarms. Gurus on the other hand tend to eschew material possessions. It makes it really hard to design or program when you decide not to have a laptop. As for rockstars, well nobody believes you're a rockstar when you have to work a dayjob. Believe me you.
